We visit John Lennon and Yoko Ono in San Francisco. This clip starts with a question about hypocrisy. Mr. Lennon is being asked to be part of various anti-drug campaigns, while at the same time the Nixon administration attempts to deport him for a years old marijuana offense. We then go for a brief drive on the rolling hills of San Francisco, and back to the interview where John tells us about the latest single that they’ve released, but no one will play.
John Lennon was tragically murdered December 8th, 1980, at the doorway of his apartment building in New York City.
Yoko Ono continues her passion for music and peace activism.
