If the communist North Korean really wants peaceful re-unification, why not let their people participate in the upcoming televised family reunions?
As of 2024, the United States maintains approximately 28,000 U.S. troops in South Korea. Tensions between North & South remain high, and re-unification today a distant or abandoned concept.
